Participant Portal User Guide
A step-by-step guide to the portal with real screenshots and numbered markers.
What is the Participant Portal?
The Participant Portal is our e-service platform where companies in the zone handle invoices, payments, parcels, projects, applications and support requests 24/7 with a single account. The numbered markers on each screenshot match the steps below it.
The portal interface is in Turkish; the screenshots show the Turkish screens.
