This notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to explain, in our capacity as data controller, the purposes for which we process your personal data and your rights.

- CV and education information in job applications
- Contents of requests, complaints and correspondence
- Technical records relating to the use of the website (IP address, date and time information)

- Responding to requests and applications received through the contact form and other channels
- Carrying out subscription, licensing, zoning and other zone services
- Evaluating job applications and sharing them with companies in the zone
- Carrying out information security processes and fulfilling legal obligations
Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected through the forms on our website, e-mail, telephone and face-to-face meetings, and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest and your explicit consent.
Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to authorized public institutions and organizations, to participant companies in our zone in the case of job applications, and to the suppliers we receive services from, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; to request its deletion or destruction when the conditions are met; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights in writing by hand to the address of our Regional Directorate or send them to info@begos.org.tr. Your applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
