Zoning and construction procedures are carried out by our Regional Directorate in accordance with Law No. 4562 on Organized Industrial Zones and its Implementing Regulation, Zoning Law No. 3194 and Law No. 4708 on Building Inspection.

A building permit is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Investors must obtain their occupancy permits before their building permits expire; otherwise the permit becomes void and the building is considered unlicensed.
It is the duty of the zoning unit to inspect whether buildings are constructed in accordance with the legislation and the permit projects, and to report any violations to the relevant institutions. You can find the petitions and undertakings required for applications in the documents below.
From building permit to occupancy permit

Written application
The company applies to the Regional Directorate for a building permit with a petition.

Submission of approved projects and documents
Projects must comply with plan, regulation, environmental, technical and health rules.

Review and issuing the permit
The petition and its annexes are reviewed and, if found appropriate, the building permit is issued.

Construction and building inspection
The construction is inspected for compliance with the permit projects; level and progress payment procedures are carried out.

Occupancy permit
When the construction is completed in accordance with the project, an application is made for the occupancy permit with the required documents.
