In line with our goal of becoming a Green OIZ, we aim for our zone to generate all of the energy it needs. To this end, we support investors who wish to build solar power plants; the rooftop solar capacity in our zone increases every year, and electricity drawn from the grid decreases accordingly.

Solar plant applications are evaluated by our Regional Directorate in accordance with the legislation on unlicensed electricity generation. You can submit your applications via the Solar Plant (GES) Application System and contact our zoning unit for project review and approval.
