Sale notice for the plots available for allocation in our Organized Industrial Zone.
The list of plots to be allocated under Article 55, titled “Land Allocation”, of the Organized Industrial Zones Implementation Regulation is given below. Allocation applications will be accepted for 3 weeks (between 4 and 24 November 2024) at meydip.sanayi.gov.tr.
If the areas to be allocated do not meet the demand, the tender method will be used.
Allocation applications will be scored according to the type evaluation table.
The unit price per m² of the plots on MEYDİP is an average price; during the allocation process, the plot-based unit prices published on the OIZ page will be taken as the basis.
