As part of the “EGSD Members Meet” event organized by the Aegean Apparel Manufacturers Association, a meeting hosted by our Regional Directorate addressed important topics on the current state and future of the sector.
At the meeting moderated by Mr. Yasin Akçakaya, Chairman of the Board of EGSD (Aegean Apparel Manufacturers Association) and representative of Akçakaya Tekstil, a participant company in our Zone, the speakers were Mr. Burak Sertbaş, Chairman of the Board of EHKİB (Aegean Ready-to-Wear and Apparel Exporters' Association); Mr. Toygar Narbay, Chairman of the Board of our Organized Industrial Zone and Co-Chairman of the Board of TGSD (Turkish Clothing Manufacturers' Association); and Dr. Ümit Özüren, Co-Chairman of the Board of TGSD.
Enriched by the sharing of knowledge and experience among sector stakeholders, the meeting contributed to strengthening a shared vision for the future.
